Another month has passed and guess what? I have a milestone to report - yesterday I saw my heaviest scale reading ever! emoticon emoticon

I am at my wit's end honestly! Why have I done this to myself?! I don't know, so I don't expect you to, but ideas welcome!

I am going to spend the weekend working out a detailed but achievable plan and then I am going to banish this excess weight once and for all!

    I am in the same boat. I don't have any physical motivation to get on the ball. I'm trying to find easy healthy things I can cook that I actually like that will last a week. I am also unemployed at the moment so I figure when I get a job, hopefully, next week then I'll be able to get started again. good luck
