I finished my first week of my new eating and exercise plan and I am doing well. I am still excited and enthusiastic about what I'm doing so that's a big plus! emoticon

I created a new tracking table based on that I saw online and have been using that for a week now. I track my goals, my food (WW points) and exercise. I use it to plan what dinners I am making for the week, and any chores I want to do that day/week. This week I stayed in my WW range every day!! emoticon

That is incredible to me. emoticon I have been struggling for months and finally just said I have to do this and I actually have started.

Definitely easier during the pandemic because of not eating out. I've been cooking a lot and always check points/calories before deciding on a recipe. It has to fit into my day.
There's a lot of planning around meals because I don't want to have high point meals at each meals because I will go over my range. So I came up with a few go to breakfasts and lunches that work for me. I also pre-packaged some snacks so I can open the fridge or cabinet and quickly grab something that is pre-counted. The structure of planning and making my own food is so freeing. It gives me the power!! emoticon
I know that sounds strange but I use the structure of meal and exercise planning to give me the freedom to succeed.

Take all the thinking out of it and just do!
