Right now I am frustrated with what my body is doing. I feel like I am just blown up like a balloon. I don't really know what is happening. I do go over in calories occasionally, but I am also under sometimes. I am trying to look for answers without having to go to the doctor during the Covid. I don't feel sick, just disgusted with myself for letting this happen. I know weight loss is harder with hypothyroidism, but it surely is not impossible. I weigh more now than ever. Hopefully I can get on the right track by the time the Spring 5% challenge begins. I am also looking forward to getting into an exercise routine that will not cause pain in my foot. Thanks for letting me vent. I know I can surely do this if I can just get in the right frame of mind.

It’s really frustrating for sure. Between the thyroid and foot pain. I don’t have any real advice. Just try to find an exercise you can do ( cycling or chair aerobics maybe?). Don’t give up

I agree... weight loss is harder with hypothyroidism, but it surely is not impossible. That has been my experience, too. It's just really slow.

Same here at the moment. I've had enough at this plateau and small gains recently. Time to move forward again. I've found Intermittent fasting to be very helpful. See Dr. Berg videos and see if any of this might work for you. Right now I can't really walk much thanks to a knee injury so now is the time to focus on my diet.

Wishing you much success. Hope the foot pain gets better soon. emoticon
