10 Days of Blogging to Stay on Track - Phase Two. Day 9

Planning - Today I did not plan ahead for the whole day. But I did plan for each meal before I ate it and I added it to the tracker.

Reflections - The method of planning for each meal worked OK because I was disciplined with it and because all of the foods were easily countable and/or very familiar to me. The difficulty was not so much the planning but my willingness to come to the table and write it down and reflect on it. I have been aware for a while that I do not care too much about whether or not I lose more weight. However I am VERY DETERMINED to maintain the weight that I am at now. If it ends up I lose a few more pounds, that would be great too.

Successes - Wrote down everything I ate (except a few veggies. need to add those in too). Kept to calorie limit. Walked 5 miles.
