10 Days of Blogging to Stay on Track - Phase 2. Day 10.

Today is the last day of Part I. Phase 2. Each Phase is 50 Days. Each Part is 10 days. This is my method of making sure that I am staying in this for the long haul.

Planning - Planned for today.

Reflections - New focus for the upcoming 10 days will be on some issues related to weight loss vs weight maintenance. In practice, it means that I will continue planning, tracking calories and other nutrients, reflecting, and noting successes.

Successes - I may have written down my successes for Day 9 yesterday. So far successes today are planning and keeping to plan. Also it is a big success to affirm that I am committed to another 10 days of focus on healthy, stable eating.
