I had one written and then deleted it.
It was good to get the words out on the "page."
It wasn't good and it wasn't bad. It just was. Thoughts.
Sometimes that is all the therapy one needs...like an email you delete and don't send for whatever reason. (let's face it, more so than not, it is NOT a good idea to send those)
As a child would say "more better" words are these:
I am grateful of the sun shining today!
I am grateful for my friends who are there and "get me".
I am grateful for a quiet day to collect my thoughts.
I am grateful that people consider me someone to turn to in order to get stuff done.
I am grateful for the kindness of others.
I am grateful for independent children who know when to ask for their mom's help.
I am grateful for our pizza place... reconnecting with the owner has made our tummies happy (and his wallet happy I am sure!) #supportyourlocalrestaurants #tonightsdinner
I am grateful that my workweek has ended and I have a vacation day tomorrow.
I am grateful that I was able to get the Covid vaccine for myself and my coworkers.
I am grateful for March coming in like a lion, but going out like a lamb. #springtime
I am grateful doing more of what makes me happy...like this gratitude list!!
I am grateful for Spark and my Sparkfriends ...support, learning, laughs
May you have a wonderful day, filled with calm and ease!
