Wk 1 Recap for my Renewed Promise to myself
So far so good! Still have my goals in sight & determined to get there!
I've tracked every single bite all week. Stayed in my calorie range 6 out of 7 days. Monday I was over by 78 calories. Not going to worry about it...
I was able to get my Cardio 3x & My ST 3x!
My WI this week showed zero movement- At least it didn't go up! Also, not going to worry-
My current challenge is 12wks. My team's name is Pink Flamingo's. I participated fully & followed all the rules.
Here I am today reflecting on how my week went. This is big for me since I am NOT one post public journals. It's not in my comfort zone.
I have continued to search, learn & grow this week.
Still NO EXCUSES!
