Logged in this morning to input my weight for the week and realized I haven't posted a blog for exactly a month today, so decided to type one up right quick.
I went on vacation; it was beautiful and definitely not long enough. I gained weight...of course...but not too much. Then I guess I was still in vacation mode the following week and I gained a little more. I stopped getting on here other than to put in my weight every week and made a minimal effort every now and again to put my food on my tracker.
This morning when I walked to the scale, I was expecting the worst because I am still not back on track from vacation. I received a pleasant surprise though; I actually lost some weight. Now I need to find my motivation again and get back on the wagon!
