2021 Winter - Spring 5% Challenge Exercise Plan

Nothing too strenuous or terribly exciting, but my main goal is to get up each day and move.
Goals, in no particular order..
Attend course every day, including double class on Monday evening - no matter if my mind says I'm too tired/sore.. I need to push myself to get back on track.
I bought a 2nd hand exercise bike and hopefully it'll be delivered soon - my aim is to use it each night and in the weekend when the weather is too cold or wet to walk (it's Autumn here at present).
Apart from walking to and from class each day, I want to start doing early evening walks in the near by park - weather permitted.
Follow some body weight and stretching vids online to help build up my fitness and be less stiff in my joints, after being so inmobil last year.
