Fitness, Fitness, Fitness, a word I have dreaded hearing the past 3 weeks before this new battle started. I have had problems with staying on track or working out each day so I have made plans to execute the things I need to do to get the most success.

1-Track my food 80%
2-Exercise 20%

These 3 things are what I need to reach my goals and are what is going to but me in the best shape possible.

Tracking my food helps me understand the amount of food I am inhaling in a day. And the exercise to burn off the fat. I must stay motivated strive for my goal and not let bumps set me back! emoticon
