Saturday is weigh in day for the 5% challenge. I did good on the scale, down .8 pound almost a whole pound. Will work harder in my tracking and staying in allotment for the day.
The scale is down today.almost a whole pound even after five days of just eating sweets for dinner. I think I will work on having a sweet every day if I want one. I will count calories and have my other meals be low and full of veggies. I refuse to feel guilt for eating sweets.
I had a problems with chips. I have found that just having one small bag most times with my Subway take out, I dont go craving chips and buy a big bag to eat the whole thing in one or two servings. I now just get a small bag with my meal and I am happy. Having it be some thing special for Subway is a fun habit I have.
