Plans for Success

Everyday I wake up and spend sometime posting Sparkmail to an few friends. I talk about how my day was yesterday and how I plan to do that day. I usually form my plans as I talk to them. After a few times writing it it gets my head and I can do a good job of fallowing the plan.
My Spark friends are valuable in this process and could not get where I am today without them. Some days I blow my plan and am very upset at myself in the morning. Maybe I ate to many carbs the day before and it shows on the scale. I want to throw it all in but I read the Sparkmail my friends sent the day before and I get right back on track and form my plans for the day.
Today I am going to eat low cal, skipping sweets, I am going to write in my journal and track in the nutrition tracker every thing I ate and stay in the allotment for the day. I am also going to post on my Spark teams giving encouragement when I can. Today is my rest day but I am joining a walking challenge and will do what exercise it says to do today. Those are my plans for the day I think I have this.
