Sign up for a challenge team - BLC46 (my favorite challenge team)

I have tried a few challenge teams and I like this one the best.
Small enough teams to connect to everyone (18-25 members typically), yet large enough to get the support you want.

Every team is a little different.
I am the captain of Resolute Renegades, which focuses on you losing weight your way.
While most of the BLC has fun challenges and more social interactions,
Renegades lets you determine your own weight loss tasks (your eating plan, your exercise plan, and any other elements that help you lose weight) - we create your own challenge based on what we need to do to lose weight. Weighted Averages calculates a score (between 0 to 100) and if you get 70 or more you get your name in lights on the team reports. Optional other small challenges can also give you accountability - again focused on what helps you lose weight.

We do less social chatting as we tend to have full lives.
We focus on more effective ways to lose weight including unprocessed foods and more effective exercise to burn fat.
I have gotten into Intermittent Fasting (IF) and it has made a big difference in my weight loss success. Optionally you can join in those members of the team that want to play with IF, though I only give support for Time Restricted Eating (TRE, which is lowering snacks and having a smaller window in which you eat your meals). I will give some general information but if you are doing longer fasts, I will point you to a more professional group that gives wonderful support (extremely knowledgeable and supportive).
