I started a ketogenic diet last Saturday.

I started a ketogenic diet last Saturday. This is the second time that I have used this diet. I found my food list after the move into our new house.

I am tired of being overweight and having health problems that I am hoping the diet will help with. Those that I deal with at the VA, discourage using keto, but when I did it before, I went to hear Dr. Eric Westman when he came to West Virginia. I found that I went from having to use a shoe horn to pry ON my shoes, to my shoes fitting loosely after being on the diet. It was hard to do much with my shoes cutting into the tops of my feet before keto.

It has not been easy to cut my carbohydrates. I use YouTube videos and listen to videos about problems that arise.

I don't exercise and I read an article tonight on Spark People about that. I had a mile mapped out when I lived in Maryland and maybe I can do that again for where I live here in Kentucky. I liked knowing that when I finished a walk, I had walked a mile. I need to research that tonight.

I couldn't find the place to map my walking route. It had the streets in Hagerstown, MD where I walked and then it would show the total distance of my route. I couldn't find that tonight.

There are a few apps that keep track of your walk. You might try one of those. 🙂
