138th Weekend Fasting Cycle

The 60-hour fast from Fri dinner to Mon breakfast went without a hitch. My phone broke so I don't have any pictures.

Cooking project: Cooked and froze 5 lbs of Costco sausages.

Mon breakfast: Fried salmon fillet, 1 sausage, 3 shrimps, 5 oysters, red onion rings, garlic, condiments, and fresh orange juice.
