Plans for Today

I got up super early this morning and planned out my day. Today doing OMAD fast where I eat just one meal for the day. I will eat one 7" plate and not go back for seconds. My one meal i plan is going to be pan grilled salmon, steamed broccoli, white rice with soy sauce and sriracha. I love my rice like this and learned it from my hubby.
I am going on the light rail across county. My exercise today will be walking to and from the light rail train stations and walking around the 99¢ store, staying away from the cookie aisle. I am on a mission to get new sports bottles. The one I bought my hubby at the Goodwill leaks. I learned that the hard way while out at the VA clinic. I put it in my shopping bag I had with me and it leaked all over the things I was carrying including important papers. I learned the bag was not leak proof too, I had a trail of water fallowing me before I discovered the leak LOL.
Today I will write in my journal when emotions surface and I want to turn to food. I will think of happy times and use that to smooth me and not give into eating off plan.
