Hi! I thought I would update our exercise thread with a new workout! Have you ever tried Silver Sneakers workouts? This one is very similar: "SENIOR FITNESS BY TONA" it a youtube video 47 min long. I love this one!!

I thought this was different! No way can I do #2!

emoticon I'm excited to share a new Hasfit workout! I did this one this morning. I didn't know they had it rated as moderate to intense. It is hard a one. But I was able to do it. There was only 1 exercise I could not do at all-- The dumbbell toe touch. This is a full body workout. There are a couple I can barely do but emoticon !!! I almost gave up a few times but I hung in there and it's a great feeling to say emoticon so emoticon and emoticon TOO! emoticon
