Sad to happy today!

I have been logging my food, and my food intake has been good, but my exercise has dropped back some, my water intake is down. I should also add that my mood has been down some, I usually am a upbeat person.
My scales this morning are up a few pounds and I was unhappy about it.
I took my measurements and since November I am downs 8 3/4 inches >>this makes me Happy!!
Now I need to stay focussed on my steps, drink my water, and the scales should go in the right direction.
