For me overeating was never a problem, I got to weigh 240 pounds not by eating too much but by eating sweets and candy, without control or restrictions. I realize that I needed to stop eating all of the sweets and treats if I want to lose weight and get back to enjoying my life again. I have started eating fruits during the day to replace the candies and sweets. I love Blueberries, Strawberries, Oranges, Apples, Cantalope, Peaches, grapes, blackberries, and a few other fruits. I make sure that I eat 2 to 3 fruits per day and 2 to 3 vegetables. Every evening I treat myself to a Keurig Hot Chocolate for making it the whole day without eating sweets. It is working very well for me, and I don't feel at all cheated.
