Anyone Up for a Summer Challenge?

Are you looking for a challenge this summer?
Would you like to make new friends along the way?
Are you willing to make a 10 week commitment to weigh in weekly and post your exercise minutes?
Are you interested in nutrition and fitness mini-challenges that change each week?
If your answers are yes, please consider joining my team. I am a member of The Biggest Loser Challege. We have four challenges per year, each lasting 10 weeks. Each team has 22 active members (and some also have honorary members). My team is the Crystal Tigers. So far, we are all ladies, so we call ourselves the Tigresses. We have multiple forums for chatting and getting to know each other, our weekly mini-challenges, weigh ins, and more. The more you participate in the chat forum, the more you get to know your team mates and the more they can support you. You might even make some new friends. I used to be on the Biggest Loser Challenge many years ago. My team disbanded, due to a lack of members, and I walked away from the challenge. Last winter, a former team mate encouraged me to join her on the Crystal Tigers. She was the only one I knew when I joined, but there are several people on the team now that I have added to my Spark Friends list and that I enjoy interacting with and consider to be new friends. As with anything in life, you get out of it what you put into it. I will link the "biggest loser all teams" page. There are many teams that need members, but if you'd like to join me, please ask for the Crystal Tigers. Some of us are more talkative than others, but we do have a number of members who post on the chat regularly and would love to make new friends. I am one of the more talkative ones.
