Talking myself up

I really need to quit getting on the scales; it depresses me and starts my day off not in a good way. For now, I'm concentrating on today and what I can do to make my mood better. Starting off with a positive outlook and then recapping all that I have to be thankful for.

I have an appointment on Monday for an ultrasound to see if I have gallbladder issues. Stress causes me to eat and I know that. But somehow, I haven't learned how to overcome it. All I can do is try my best to realize this and move forward with a plan to conquer my demons.
