Anybody have a good good plan?

I've been pushing through workouts for a few weeks. Today, I warmed-up on the Treadmill, did Circuit Training, followed Zumba, and then Yoga to stretch it all out.
I am so happy it's the weekend, so I can take a break from the gym for a couple days.
But, I joined "Fitcamp", my gyms answer to a boot camp. And the instructor wants me to come up with a meal plan. And, I do need to get control of my food intake. But, I hate the thought of having to plan ever meal.
What has worked for you fellow Sparkers? Are you following a meal plan that you can actually live by?
