Goals & Gratitude for Week Ending 5/22/21

emoticon Drink 8 cups of water per day - Closer to 6 cups per day, but still more than previous weeks.

emoticon Track food daily - Haven't been tracking daily and have often simply forgotten. Trying to track for the day at breakfast or lunch.

emoticon No S/USDA My Plate - Doing great with both of these - Meeting goal 5 days per week.

emoticon Walk for at least 35 minutes 3 times/week - Met goal last week.

emoticon Three ST sessions per week - Have not worked on this goal yet.

emoticon Finish one ebook or audio book each week - Met goal last week.

emoticon Attend church Sat. evening & Sun. morning. - I'm back to going to Vespers on Saturdays, but I missed church this morning because I tossed and turned all last night.

Something new I'm trying is to not eat after 9 pm on the weekends so that I continue to limit snacks and sweets. I do this naturally during the week, but sometimes I end up eating very late on the weekend. I was able to do this on Friday, but last night I didn't get home until 8:45 so I didn't have dinner until a little after 9. I am aiming to do this tonight, however.

Today I'm Grateful For...
1) Coffee. So tired today.
2) That I had two good phone conversations today, one with my cousin and one with my best friend.
3) That I have a new recipe to try tonight (apricot chicken with potatoes and asparagus).
