What I learned tracking for a month

I didn't try to cut back on calories or do and "fake eating". I just tracked what I ate for a month.
Here is what I learned.
I am eating way too much fat and salt.
So my nutritional goal for the summer is to cut back on those two things. I have already started to do some research and to have been reading articles on SparkPeople to learn the best and most flavorful ways to do this.
If you are struggling like I am right now, I suggest you try this as well. Don't cheat. Just eat what you would normally eat and write it down. Its amazing what you learn.
Remember, knowledge is power.
