It might be a fluke. It might have been water weight that flushed out after my second shot - as the same thing happened after my first one. Or, it might just well be that I reached my pre-pandemic weight!!!!! Hopefully, my Sunday indulgences won't kick it back up for tomorrow. But even if they do, I'm on the right track!
I've spent ten long months getting back down here. Five short months to put 26 pounds on, and ten long months to undo the damage! Whew!!!
I've ticked that box that has been my big goal for so long!!! I have little goals and big goals. That was a doosy! My next semi-big goal is to hit halfway to my overall main goal of 65 pounds. That will be 175.5. My smaller goals leading to and including that goal are:
12. Get into the 170's = 179
13. Lose 30 pounds = 178
14. Lose 15% of my body weight = 176.8
15. Get to mid-170's = 175
I'm really looking forward to a new decade - a new second number. The 170's! But the next really big, important goal is to get to a normal BMI weight. Again, I know that it isn't the end all, be all. But I've been in the normal range, and it is a healthy place for me. It isn't the goal for everyone. But I KNOW I can do it. I know I can go beyond it, actually. But that is the next really big mountain to climb.
I'm looking at the 170's. Here I come!!!
