Almost hit double digits!

OK, So it has been about 3 weeks so far on SP, and I could not be happier. I am making much better diet decisions and I grab for water now even though my best friend Diet Pepsi is right next to it. I have accomplished my initial goal of at least 2 pounds a week and to consistently drink 8 glasses of water a day. Now I am raising the bar on myself, I will now add to these 2 goals to walk at least 30 minutes a night 4 nights a week. That is really easy to do, I just have to stay motivated. I have enlisted a buddy or two to help me from work. Lets see how this goes......... wish me luck!
