My deal with Amy

Ok, was talking to my friend Amy online tonight. We are in the same boat and struck up a good deal for the rest of this year. We set up gaols and consequences.

1. Stay in calorie range, for every calorie we go over, we do 1 minute of cardio.

2. If we go to over eat, 50 crunches to stop ourselves.

3. If we go over cals, 10 pushups

4. If we don't journal, 10 more pushups

5. If we don't get at least 5 days on plan, we have to do an extra day of yoga (cause we hate yoga, lol).

6. When we reach 145, we are sending a small pick me up, keep going gift to each other.

7. When we reach goal weight we are sending a bigger gift to each other

8. Daily check in's if we have to drag each other kicking and screaming!

I asked her if I could sit on her back while she does the pushups, but she wouldn't let me, haha.
We felt since we are so stuck and yo-yoing and trying to get off the last 30ish lbs we need to push each other, HARD! Us Jillian want to be's, haha.
