That's it...I'm exercising everyday. I realize the add energy I have. OOh last night I was tired and I didn't wanna go to the gym. I got there and promised myself only 20 minutes, and twenty went to 25 , 25 to 30, 30 to 35, 35 to 45.....I actually went from not wanting to be there to remembering how much I enjoyed working out when I was younger. That pushed me more and more each time. I feel great. I can tell the difference. I need to take some more "AFTER" pictures. Yea!
