It's been forever! I haven't blogged on here since MARCH 2006! So much has happened in the past year and a half... I can't believe it is almost 2008.

First of all, I went back to school, hence the lack in posting. That's right, I am pursuing my dream to be a nurse. I will find out in about a week or so if I got into the program. Only 32 people will be accepted!!! I'm nervous, but I have a 4.0 @ my school, and probably a 3.8 in my prereqs overall. I scored 91 on the NET test, so essentially in the 99th percentile... NOT TOO SHABBY!

Nevertheless, it is incredibly competitive. Some 400-500 people have applied for the semester. I am praying I get in, this is the perfect program for me and my family.

Speaking of family, I was reading old posts... oh my, how awful were things with me and my husband?! Things in that department have changed for the better I can thankfully say. He quick his crappy job, THANK GOODNESS! That is why my husband was so angry all the time. He was exhausted, tired, just overall in bad shape. I would be too working 18 hours a day, ON TOP of being on call all the time.

As for the little girl, she's not so little anymore! She is turning into quite the beauty and I love her personality forming. She is such a ham, always joking around and being silly. I love her so much. It's hard on her, both me and Anthony going to school (his new job allows his to go to school at night now), but I know it will be worth it in the end.

In other news more related to my health and weight, and I posted this in a group I had joined on here, I told Anthony that I am indid a binge eater. I guess I'm announcing it to the world on here. More importantly, he promised to stand by my side and help me get through this. I love him for that, as it was one of the hardest things I have ever done in my life... afterall, I kept this secret since before we even dated, when I was in high school.

Anyways, that is all the news on my part. I hope all my readers are being successful in their weightloss journeys!
