My Week was almost successful!

Monday started back on Phase 1 of the Fat smash (although I refuse to give up coffee). I am struggling with actually making it 3 meals and two snacks... I snack all day. I went to Walgreens on Tue and bought some almonds because I was not getting enough calories no matter how hard I tried. Blew it all on Thursday because it was my sons birthday which means mexican food and margaritas YAY!!! I know my biggest problem with dieting is that when I do have something that I'm not supposed to, I have a hard time getting back on track. I think well, I already blew it... I knew to expect this and was determined to fight it. It was difficult! Sweet potato cinnamon roll, whole grain reduced fat sugar cookies... UGH when you work in a school and your office is a mere 15 steps away from the kitchen, it's difficult. At one point a kitchen manager for another school sent some cookies over because she wanted me to try them, I didn't even let the person finish speaking before I said "Not Here". Wouldn't even take them home to have my kids try them because it would just be me and the cookies for the long ride home. I did end up blowing it just a tiny bit at dinner, because there was a little bit of feta on my salad, but I didn't eat the croutons, dressing or bread that came with it so I am pretty darn proud. Got on the scale this morning and it reads 200.8 so close to 199 I am confidents that I will be very good this weekend!
