Today's challenge is to schedule out a block of time each day this month to devote to your goals. For example, commit to exercise at least least 10 minutes a day, or take five minutes to make a healthy lunch each morning. Commit to doing just one or two things each day and schedule them on your calendar as if they were an important meeting with yourself. Then, check in on the Challenge Wall and tell us about them!
