Finding time in your busy schedule for exercise can be challenging, but it is not impossible. Forget the "all or nothing" mentality when it comes to exercise. Fitness does not live or die by 60-minute workouts; there is a middle ground. Short spurts of exercise, when they accumulate, have been shown to share similar benefits of longer workouts. Can you start by committing to just 10 minutes a day until the end of this challenge? Eventually you'll work up to more, but for now, developing a consistent pattern of 10 minutes each day is just what you need to succeed. Are you in?
