To get through all of todays planned workouts. I have three separate ones to do, which is one more than usual, but it's bodycombat class day at my gym, and I love that class. I'm pretty damned fit, but she is a crazy person, and I always give 100%. On top of that I have strength training for back and biceps, and a timed circuit with three different activities (clean and jerk -can't remember how many til I look at my plan, 40 burpees and a one mile run) I'm working really hard at the gym right now, but this will be a killer!
