I used to have, but I changed it. Now I have one or two cheat meals a week. For instance on friday I had fish and chips with my boyfriend when I got to his place (after being at the gym two hours, then cycling nine miles to his town). He had bought me an easter egg, so later that evening I shared it with him. Apart from that, I stuck to my usual eating plan, and stuck to my calorie target. It just works better in my head that way.
