Hi, y'all! In 2008 I started this journey and a year later I had lost 102lbs. I did very well at maintaining that loss until about a year ago. I have slowly gained back 27 lbs.
I'm back and slowly getting on track, using my SP tools. I am using SP to gain accountability too. I am hoping I can improve my nutrition. I know you can't out exercise a poor diet. I have a lot of work to do in that area. Wish me luck, as I work on retraining my brain around food.
