Don't be afraid to give your best at what seemingly are small jobs. Every time you conquer one it makes you that much stronger. If you do the little jobs well, the big ones will tend to take care of themselves.

Hi there, my name is Sheri. I have been a sparkpeople member for quite a long time but I disappeared so long that spark took all my points away and I had tons. I am an emotional eater and this past year I totally ate all my emotions. I am now bigger than I was when I was pregnant 10 yrs ago. I literally gained 42 lbs this past year on top of the weight that I already needed to lose. UGH! I didn't have to get on a scale to know I had done myself wrong. I struggle bend over and I over all I feel miserable. So that's my sign to STOP the madness and get serious and Stop allowing the outside world sidetrack me on what I truly desire. Which is to feel good on the inside and out.
