I might be the laziest boy on earth. When I started I knew I couldn't set the bar too high, so I made a deal with myself to record as much on the trackers as I could every day and to get dressed for a workout and do at least three minutes, then I could quit. I rarely quit and at first, I usually got ten or fifteen minutes. That was over fourteen years ago and there have been some ups and downs since then but I rarely do less than an hour and a half of exercise every day now. It's nothing hard, but it's exercise (walking, mostly) and I've rarely missed a day in the last five years. You *can* do it if you follow the prime directive... Never.Ever.Quit! Good luck and welcome to SparkPeople!
