Use the nutrition tracker and try to be really honest with yourself. It is a real eye opener for sure. I had no idea how many calories I was eating. Also, rely on SparkTeams, these are groups of members who share similar interests and issues. There is one for almost every interest, I would not be surprised at all if there was a Dr. Who group!

Hello fellow sparky people! I'm CeElla, I'm 32, and I'm 339 lbs. I live in the beautiful state of Tennessee, and I am trying my hardest to improve in many ways. Mentally, physically, emotionally, financially. My family and friends who I consider family mean the world to me, and I want to be healthy enough to do things with them like Hike, go on a rollar coaster, walk around downtown without getting winded. I have a great many reasons to lose weight and keep it off. My highest weight was 355, size 28. I'm now in a 26, so that's something right? I love movies, music, art, and anything creative. Big nerd, Firefly, star trek, doctor who, are just three of my favorite things. I also love animals and have three kitties, Discovery who is 2 1/2 and weighs a mere 6 lbs, she's still as small as a 8 month old kitty! She's feisty and playful and loves to perch herself on my shoulder. I have Evie who is about 7 we think, and is...well, she's learning how to cat. She was a rescue from an abusive household that kept her locked in a closet all her life. And then there's my queen chloe. She's 16 and runs the house! Since we got discovery, she's begun playing again and it's so sweet to watch.
