Welcome back!! You're already on the right track by posting and coming back to SP! I think your best tools will be the Fitness & Nutrition trackers and joining a team with people with similar interests!!

Welcome back to sparkpeople so glad you have returned

Consider making up a sparkpage making it public with a little about you and your journey on it so that when we come to say hi we can read how you are doing

Also remember to participate as often as possible on all the groups you have joined as that is where you will be encouraged and motivated

Focusing on the journey to living healthy

Cut the cord small strands at a time. Sneak up on yourself. I've left the five minute walk of six years ago turn into an average workout of over an hour and a half daily. My calorie intake has dropped from an average of 2400 calories daily to a current day total of about eighteen hundred and I'll probably need to cut another fifty or so to hit my goal. It's a commitment that lasts the rest of your life, so a consistent discipline is more important than overnight results. You did it before and you can do it again. Just make up your mind that you're never going to quit again. Best wishes and welcome back!

I did sparkpeople more than 10 years ago and had good success,,
today almost 6 years after having my baby, I realized I am 40 lbs more than I was the day I delivered.
It just seems like an uphill battle to lose the weight and sometimes I just let go. Food has always been my comfort and not sure how to cut the cord!

I look forward to all the support I can get here
