I sprinkle them in yogurt and sometimes in a health drink made in my Vitamin.

I love them in smoothies. Been wanting to try a chocolate chia pudding recipe

In smoothies, on salad dressing (so they hydrate, think poppyseed dressings), in chia jam ( macerated fruit, some extra citrus juice, seeds and time- no cook), on oatmeal. I’ve even added them to granola.

I put some in smoothies. My husband likes them in yogurt.

I need to add more fiber to my diet. I have been curious about Chia Seeds. Could anyone give me some information on recipes and results? Thanks
