2020 here I come !!

Great.

We have Pronghorn as well as white tail deer.
Always fun looking out the window.

Oh , Yes They come over often.. We have 13 Apple trees on our property..
they are normally around in Early Morning, during fall picking up apples or bedding down in front yard...
Unfortunately they have destroyed a couple fence panels or have been hit in front of the house...
we have had Bear, Coyotes, bobcat, & Cougar all in our yard...
we have also had Bald Eagles take our Chickens... ( there are a couple nests close by)
Lots of wildlife.. not always easy t take Pictures.. Camera never close enough.

Journal Entry # 5

Not a lot going on , took a walk to store & Back ( 2 miles altogether) a lot of fresh air, beautiful day outside, doing dishes & more laundry, getting caught up before going back to work, will do more work outside as well..Maybe clean the Chicken coop...it needs it again already.. and I could do some work on the berry patch...its Insane right now... I have the time & weather is good... once I start work again.. it will be hard for me to help around the house..

Well, Got the call today, my Vacation has been extended for 2 more days, which means I will be working 7 days straight afterwards... Hubby isn't happy but agreed to the switch as well..didn't look at full schedule... not the first time & won't be the last..
Elk right outside the front of house , not light enough to take Picture .. darn it. they will be back around ..we have a couple herds that come through..
The holiday hasn't helped my eating habits any.. or My Vacation hasn't really either.. have been pretty lazy on doing anything ... as I said before ...Procrastination....
I have cleaned out a couple of my cupboards.. and removed a lot of foods that were not so good for me... I am hoping to work on Finances later tonight.. while Hubby sleeps... no interruptions...
Need to do more research on some of the medical issues I have going on...& since I have the time I should be doing it... after I post this I am going to do dishes & clean kitchen... separate some Laundry to do in morning..
I have gotten way lazy... Darn.

well today begins my Vacation,,its only 5 days.. but I could use it... would Love 5 days completely alone.. that's not going to happen... a few things that I need to do while off is to clean house... SPRING CLEANING... yeah... its to early in Am for that today.(630) I've been up since 4 am and ready for Nap..
oh.. there a Problem. Procrastination... it pops up its big ugly head a lot
time to turn that around... Today !!!!

Well, I found out what my BMI was today, can't say I'm excited about it..
Height : 5' 4"
Weight : 178.4
BMI : 30.
so Basically I am considered Obese... Lovely...
I wasn't happy about my weight ...now it makes me more depressed about it... I know I was just fooling myself.. and hurting myself as well ..
the does Hurt... in a lot of ways .. so now that I know I need to do something about it... I am totally out of shape..
Time to recharge....
Yesterday my lower back went out on me, which now... I can't blame it..
Its doing much better today, with doing Ice/Heat through out the night, & every 45 min. through the day today, not pushing myself... I am doing minor stretching .. I go back to Work tomorrow.. then Off for a week for Vacation.. will Work on better Meal planning then... hard to do due to Husband does most of the cooking... we will be discussing it more in depth again..
is coming.. time to get outside again...

well, I am back on Spark People , have been gone for about 9 months, and am hoping to continue .. to get my health back on the right track , my home life back on right track, my Finances back on right track... Many things going on all at the same time..
My Spirituality & Health being the top 2... Nothing is ever easy... I have found myself fluctuating back and forth many times... so this first entry is a rambling chunk for now..
I will change things as I go.. LOL its going to be fine...
this will help remind me of my Goals... which ..I Need to BE Reminded of ...
so here I go again... 2020 ready or not... things are gonna Change.!!!
