Much to my displeasure, both. My trainer in our HIIT class took us outside to do burpees, jump squats, and running. It was wet, and a bit chilly, although that changed once we got our heart rates up and started running.
When we went in, it was hot because our bodies were all hot and sweaty from running outside.
