Honestly, another person's numbers for a workout will be useless for you unless they are exactly the same age, height, weight, gender, etc as you. The best method would be to use a heart rate monitor (HRM)but the SP tracker is good. Whether you us a HRM or the SP tracker, they both use algorithms that are good guesses.
Yes, I have. But not sure if the ones listed are close or not. Turbo sculpt is sort of a combination of strength and cardio. I know that mostly, strength training burns less than cardio, so I’ve been using that number. Just wondered if someone may know how to calculate a more accurate number.
Does anyone out there do Turbo Sculpt? If so, how do you track it and how many calories do you think you burn? It seems to be a combination of strength training with some cardio and I’m having trouble trying to figure out how to track it properly. Help!
