I now keep a bowl of pears, apples, and mandarins within easy reach.
The mandarins are only 30 calories each and are very sweet.

Processed sugar kills.

Have always had this problem - - - - - therefore 280 LB! Have to look at my dog in the evenings. If they look tired perhaps the best place for me is in bed away from the kitchen and up early with black coffee! Also have found lately that my weight is yoyoing! 1 lb on 1 lb off! Guess I had better start doing some excersizes!

Or alternatively cut down calorie intake and fat! Seem to be always pretty close to the minimum with sometimes over!

I try drinking a non caffeine tea. My wife has different teas that help with my cravings. My two cents worth!

My question to you is this; is it a craving or eating out of boredom? I find if I am sitting in the evening, watching the tube, I tend to find myself "feeling" snacky....but in actuality its boredom. I haven't quite mastered it yet though, still learning.

The worst time to eat too.

Try drinking more water before and after dinner.
Don't know what you eat throughout the day, but I know for me, I mistake hunger for thirst. The extra water helps me control some cravings.

I struggle with snacking at or around 8pm when it is time to relax from the day. I can start with rice cakes-to a tablespoon of Peanut Butter-to fresh fruit-to bryers low fat ice cream with a tablespoon of Raspberry jam-to 2 slices of turkey breast-and a cup of low fat milk. I found this site upon searching for the old Lean Line org. This has been my first week. I have lost over 75 lbs and with the help of this program need to go from 205 to 185/190. I just need to get these cravings under control. Any suggestions? Thank-you
