Hi, I would like to your accountability partner, I am looking for one as well. I struggle with binge eating in the evenings and I would like someone to help me stay on track with that. I walk on a rebounder in the evenings and would like to incorporate some strength training as well. Have a great evening!
Anyone interested in being my accountability partner, to keep each other accountable to our goals? I am trying to make the 10 minute per day exercise habit part of my life. By exercise, I mean types of exercise more than walking. I already walk daily, which is a habit I am so happy I have incorporated into my life. Now I want to incorporate higher intensity cardio, strength, and flexibility. Yea-haa! Every day one of those.
