I'm in the same boat! I used SP to help me lose a lot of weight back in 2008, but never got to my ultimate goal. Now that I'm a mommy who is done having babies, I am back to finish what I started.

How is it going? I see it's been a while since you posted this. I hope you are still around and doing well!

Welcome back! I'm in the same boat - even though I've been active on the site with so many turns in my life recently not been holding myself accountable for my actions. Looking forward to getting the final move handled and back on track in the coming month. Good luck!!! emoticon

I'm doing the same thing, and am looking for accountability buddies.

I'm back for a reboot too! I'm in the middle of a HealthyWage, and I realized I love the tools and support at SP. emoticon

I’m in the same situation. Is there a Reboot Team or anything like that that you all belong to?

I'm in a very similar place. Joined SparkPeople in 2007 but wasn't active with it. Did a little tracking but mostly used it for information and healthy food ideas. Fast forward 12 years and many life changes/stressors and I am now heavier than I've ever been. That includes three pregnancies. 😩 I just rebooted my Spark account yesterday. It's time to come out of hibernation and get moving and get fit! Any encouragement would be welcome! We can do this!

Hi! Yes, let’s encourage each other. I do have a page, but it is still “under construction.” I am hoing now through the lessons again ‘cause so much had changed.
FYI, I did Weight Watchers but the new marketing gurus have changed in order to attract new customers. I so much prefer SparkPeople anyway.

Hi welcome back! I totally get the reboot! I joined Sparkpeople in 2008 and lost over 45 pounds. Kept it off for a long time, even. Then life hit me between the eyes... I gained some back, then yo-yod for a time. I would log in to Sparkpeople, but I have to admit my heart wasn't in it. This week I started over again, too!

Have you created a spark page? Have you joined any teams? I would love to be your spark friend and be able to offer you support for your journey! You have the tools and know what to do, it's easier when you aren't alone! Good luck!

Greetings! I started SparkPeople in 2010 and successfully loss 62 pounds! Then life took a series of nasty turns and piled on 34 of my hard lost pounds.

But I am now seriously restarting, rebooting my program. I love SparkPeople and find that if I follow the program and stick to my plan I will once again succeed.

I am a stress eater, an emotional eater. I eat to "stuff" feelings or because am bored or because I eat popcorn out of habit when I watch TV.

I know what I need to do. I know proper nutrition, the need for drinking water, the need to exercise, etc. All I need to do is just do it!

Anyone out there in the same space? Join me.
