Greetings! I started SparkPeople in 2010 and successfully loss 62 pounds! Then life took a series of nasty turns and piled on 34 of my hard lost pounds.
But I am now seriously restarting, rebooting my program. I love SparkPeople and find that if I follow the program and stick to my plan I will once again succeed.
I am a stress eater, an emotional eater. I eat to "stuff" feelings or because am bored or because I eat popcorn out of habit when I watch TV.
I know what I need to do. I know proper nutrition, the need for drinking water, the need to exercise, etc. All I need to do is just do it!
