One of our members (~INDYGIRL) often offers this mantra that helped her during her weight loss: "If you got a traffic ticket, would you break every traffic law the rest of the day? Then why toss the whole day over a slice of pizza?" . I first heard her say that more than 10 years ago and it has always stuck with me.

Setting new fastbreak goals like you mention is great! Try to remember they are goals to help set you up for a lifetime of success and not things to beat yourself up over for a missed day. When you have a bad day, it is important to regroup and work to achieve your goals the next day or the next hour.

Wishing you all the best! emoticon

Good morning! I'm Rachel...I'm trying to lose some weight and get healthy to start trying to have a baby. I started this week with some new fastbreak goals and my biggest issue so far is my own perfectionism! Every time I miss a day, I want to totally throw everything out the window. Does anyone have any tips to stay on track, even when you slip up for a day?
