Over full schedule today so started with bigger breakfast with more protein than usual. Today is 40th birthday of egg mcmuffin I understand so began with something like that...English muffin with poached egg and thin slice of American cheese. Yum...decadent.

Becoming the healthiest me that I can be.

...i'm not proud of it

My goals show that i'd like to go from 148 to 118, while 118 is completely unrealistic and unnecessary, i'd LOVE to get there and indulge on some fatty foods occassionally :)

Smoothie: coconut water, 1/2 avocado, 1 cup strawberries, brown rice protein powder, slice of lime and 1/2 T. honey. Sounds gross, but it was really good.

Great things never come from comfort zones.

PB and banana smoothie:

2 tbsp peanut butter
1/2 banana
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
1-2 ounces spinach
1 tbsp. caramel syrup (for sweetness)
1 tbsp. dark chocolate cocoa powder
Ice (optional)
A small amount of soymilk or almond milk

I blend all that up and add ice or milk depending on what kind of consistency I want. Can't taste the spinach, it's perfect for a 40-minute commute, and it keeps me full until my mid-morning snack.
