No, not yet. Started exercising at 12:40 am and stop at 3:30 am for walk till 5am, then will have breakfast. We ( senior citizen apt. complex are going to draw lot's this afternoon for the garden and one thing I am going to plant is beefsteak tomatoes & cucumbers. Have fun today.

Each Sunday I make a "breakfast casserole". Eggs, spinach, tomatoes, garlic, feta cheese, and some bacon. I heat a slice each morning in the microwave. Starts my day with a good serving of both protein and vegetables.
