Eating on the run again today -- had a protein bar and coffee at my desk.

Starting Weight: 268 lbs. (November 2010)
Quasi-Maintenance: 165 lbs. (June 2011)
Goal Weight: 150 lbs. (reached December 8, 2011)

Size 22W to Size 4

Currently maintaining within 5 lbs. (+ or -) of goal. I weigh daily, but also use a tape measure and the fit of my clothes to guage how well I'm doing.

My favorite weekend breakfast. I call it the 'inside out breakfast taco.' I saute a cooked fingerling potato with a corn tortilla in a pat of butter. Once warmed through I pour a large egg over it and cook til the egg is firm. Heaven -- all for under 300 calories. Makes me feel like I cheated. emoticon
